Se trata de un interesante planteamiento que contrapone motivación-docencia, y teoría-práctica, apuntando la necesidad de una mayor correlación entre asistencia y docencia y un cambio en la actitud de los directivos enfermeros de cara a mejorar el futuro profesional. Summary: This article was presented -almost in its entirety- as a communication to the conference entitled <<The teaching systems and the reality of care>> of the XII work sessions of A.E.E.D. This is an interesting approach that opposes motivation-teaching, and theory-practice, pointing out the need for a greater correlation between care and teaching and a change in the attitude of nursing managers in order to improve the professional future.
