Para conocer las necesidades y problemas que presentan los cuidadores informales, e identificar las ayudas formales e informales que reciben, su percepción sobre las mismas y lo que les gustaría obtener del sistema formal, se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal, con cuestionario semi-estructurado cumplimentado mediante entrevista presencial en el domicilio del cuidador. Se llevó a cabo en el ABS Morena-Pomar y se ha entrevistado a 32 cuidadores. Como conclusiones se deduce que los cuidadores tienen problemas y necesidades por lo que precisan ayudas. Se muestran poco críticos con las que reciben tanto del sistema informal como formal. En general las valoran positivamente, y lo que esperan se enmarca dentro de lo que ya reciben o de la oferta existente.

In order to know the needs and problems that informal caregivers present, and to identify the formal and informal help they receive, their perception of them and what they would like to obtain from the formal system, an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out, with a semi-questionnaire. -structured completed by face-to-face interview at the caregiver's home. It was carried out at ABS Morena-Pomar and 32 caregivers were interviewed. As conclusions it can be deduced that caregivers have problems and needs for which they need help. They are not very critical of those they receive from both the informal and formal systems. In general, they value them positively, and what they expect is part of what they already receive or the existing offer.
