Introducción<br/>El parto por cesárea constituye el factor de riesgo más importante de infección materna puerperal.<br/>Objetivos<br/>Objetivo principal: Vigilancia y seguimiento de la herida quirúrgica en las pacientes sometidas al procedimiento de cesárea programada.<br/>Objetivo específico: Detección de infección de herida quirúrgica intrahospitalaria y post alta.<br/>Objetivo específico: Definir si en la actuación enfermera con estas pacientes se ha utilizado la terminología NANDA NIC NOC para elaborar un plan de cuidados.<br/>Material y Método<br/>Estudio observacional, descriptivo retrospectivo en el que se revisaron 386 cesáreas de las que finalmente se estudiaron 108.<br/>Resultados<br/>El 54% de las mujeres permanecieron 3 dias hospitalizadas y un 25% 4 dias, los casos en los que la estancia se prolongó son excepcionales y corresponden a complicaciones que no tienen que ver con infección nosocomial.<br/>El 75% de las mujeres recibió profilaxis antibiótica.<br/>Al 100% de las mujeres se les realizó valoración enfermera al ingreso en la planta. El 93.51% recibieron valoración al alta. El 6.49% no consta en los comentarios de evolución de enfermería que la recibieran. Sin embargo todas las pacientes recibieron el alta de enfermería con cuidados estandarizados.<br/>Finalmente se realizó el seguimiento del proceso durante 30 dias. En 37 de los casos no existe ningún registro relacionado con la cesárea. En los otros 70 casos existen anotaciones en la consulta del médico de familia, la matrona o la enfermera, no existiendo ninguna observación a cerca de episodios de infección.<br/>Conclusiones<br/>Se ha conseguido realizar el seguimiento hospitalario y post alta hasta finalizar el periodo de cierre del episodio <br/>De los 108 casos, 70 mujeres tenían episodios relacionados con la intervención por cesárea y ninguna de ellas presentó infección de la herida quirúrgica. <br/>Respecto a la metodología de enfermería, destacar que aunque todas las mujeres tenían valoración enfermera al ingreso, no existía ningún diagnóstico enfermero.<br/> |

Introduction<br/>Cesarean delivery is the most important risk factor for postpartum maternal infection.<br/>Objetives<br/>Main objective: Surveillance and monitoring of the surgical wound in patients undergoing elective Caesarean section procedure.<br/>Specific objective: detection of nosocomial surgical wound infection and post high<br/>Specific objective: Determine whether nurse performance in these patients has been used NANDA NIC NOC terminology to develop a plan of care.<br/>Material and Method<br/>Observational, retrospective in which 386 cesareans were reviewed which finally studied 108.<br/>Results<br/>54% of the women remained hospitalized 3 days and 25% 4 days, cases in which the stay was prolonged are exceptional and are complications that have nothing to do with nosocomial infection.<br/>The 75% of women received antibiotic prophylactic<br/>At 100% of women underwent admission nursing assessment on the ground. However, all patients were discharged standardized care nursing.<br/>Finally, were followed for 30 days process. In 37 of the cases there is no record related to caesarean section. In the other 70 cases, there are entries in the doctor's family, the midwife or nurse, there being no observation about episodes of infection.<br/>Conclusions<br/>It has managed to track and post hospital discharge to the end of the closing period of the episode.<br/>Regarding nursing methodology, noting that although all women had nursing assessment on admission, there was no nursing diagnosis.<br/>Of the 108 cases, 70 women had episodes related to cesarean section and none of them had infection of the surgical wound.<br/> |
