| Summary, etc. | Introducción y objetivos<br/>La tendinopatía rotuliana se ha convertido en una lesión muy habitual en el deporte, especialmente en deportes que impliquen salto. <br/>Objetivo <br/>Los objetivos de este estudio tratan de averiguar la efectividad del trabajo excéntrico en esta lesión y qué protocolo es el más adecuado. <br/>Material y método<br/>Se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliográfica en la base de datos de Medline, PEDro y ScienceDirect, que incluyó ensayos clínicos contolados y aleatorizados y publicados en los últimos diez años. <br/>Resultados<br/>Tras aplicar los criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos previamente y desechar los artículos repetidos, se analizaron 8 artículos. <br/>Conclusión<br/>Existe evidencia de que el trabajo excéntrico es efectivo en el tratamiento de la tendinopatía rotuliana pero aún hay muchas incógnitas sobre que protocolo es el más adecuado. Son necesarios nuevos estudios. <br/> |

| Summary, etc. | <br/>Introduction and objectives<br/>Patellar tendinopathy has become a very common injury in sports, especially in sports that involve jumping.<br/>Objectives: <br/>The objectives of this study try to find the effectiviness of eccentric training in this injury and what protocol is the best. <br/>Material and method<br/>A bibliographical review was carried out in databases of Medline, PEDro and ScienceDirect, that included randomized controlled clinical trials and published in the last ten years. <br/>Results<br/>After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been established previously and to reject the duplicates, there were analyzed 8 articles. <br/>Conclussions<br/>There exists evidence of which the eccentric training it is effective in the patellar tendinopathy treatment but there are more questions that what protocol is the best. There are necessary more studies. <br/> |
