La!línea!de!investigación!que!se!ha!llevado!a!cabo!tras!la!recopilación!de!los!distintos!<br/>estudios,!tenía!como!objetivo!comparar!la!búsqueda!de!efectividad!del!PFMT!(Pelvic!<br/>Floor!Muscle!Training)!en!mujeres!embarazadas!durante!el!embarazo!y!tras!el!parto,!<br/>para!evitar!o!disminuir!las!alteraciones!producidas!por!el!periodo!de!gestación!y,!en!<br/>concreto,!la!incidencia!en!la!aparición!de!IU.!Desde!un!punto!de!vista!fisioterapéutico,!<br/>se!busca!la!rehabilitación!de!las!estructuras!alteradas,!centrándose!en!la!anatomía!<br/>del!suelo!pélvico!y,!en!menor!medida,!en!las!partes!concomitantes!que!también!sufren!<br/>los!cambios!fisiológicos!del!embarazo.!Con!el!PFMT!se!busca!conseguir!reclutar!el!<br/>mayor!número!de!fibras!musculares!sanas!para!compensar!las!que!se!han!perdido,!<br/>corregir! las! disfunciones! que! impidan! la! rehabilitación! (contracturas,! hipotonías,!<br/>fibrosis…)! y! recuperar! el! equilibrio! abdominal! y! de! la! columna! vertebral.!Una! vez!<br/>concluido! que! la! PFMT! es! positiva! y! efectiva! para! la! recuperación! de! la! paciente!<br/>embarazada! o! post! embarazo,! se! pretende! comparar! los! beneficios! que! puede!<br/>producir! el! PFMT! antes! y! después! del! parto.! Y! a! partir! de! ahí! plantear! un! nuevo!<br/>protocolo! de! trabajo!más! especifico! y! eficaz! para!mejorar! las! patologías! del! The!research!line!that!was!carried!out!after!the!compilation!of!the!different!studies,!had!<br/>as!objective!the!search!of!effectiveness!of!the!PFMT!in!pregnant!women!during!the!<br/>pregnancy!and!after!the!birth,!to!avoid!or!to!diminish!the!alterations!produced!by!the!<br/>period!of!gestation!and,!in!particular,!the!incidence!in!the!occurrence!of!UI.!From!a!<br/>physiotherapeutic! point! of! view,! the! rehabilitation! of! altered! structures! is! sought,!<br/>focusing!on!the!anatomy!of!the!pelvic!floor!and,!to!a!lesser!extent,!on!the!concomitant!<br/>parts!that!also!undergo!the!physiological!changes!of!the!pregnancy.!<br/>The!PFMT!seeks!to!recruit!the!largest!number!of!healthy!muscle!fibers!to!compensate!<br/>those! that! have! been! lost,! correct! the! dysfunctions! that! prevent! rehabilitation!<br/>(contractures,!hypotonia,!fibrosis!...)!and!add!to!this!perineal!rehabilitation,!recovery!of!<br/>abdominal!balance!and!Of!the!spine.!Once!the!PFMT!is!concluded!to!be!positive!and!<br/>effective!for!the!recovery!of!the!pregnant!or!postVpregnancy!patient,!it!is!intended!to!<br/>compare!the!benefits!that!PFM!treatment!can!produce!before!and!after!delivery.!And!<br/>from! there! determine! if!we! can! propose! a! new! protocol! of!work!more! specific! and!<br/>effective!to!improve!the!pathology!of!PFM!produced!by!gestation!or!childbirth |
