Los profesionales sanitarios (enfermeras, médicos...) actúan como proveedores de servicios a los usuarios/pacientes. Precisar la contribución enfermera al producto asistencial y definir el producto enfermero son requisitos imprescindibles de gestión en el ámbito asistencial y de costes. Es responsabilidad de los enfermeros, especialmente de los enfermeros gestores, contribuir a clarificar estos aspectos, sin esperar pasivamente otras tomas de posición interesadas. |
