| Expansion of summary note | Continuación del estudio de las atenciones de enfermería que se dispensaban en el Hospital de la Santa Creu de Barcelona, basado ahora en un directorio escrito para uso de los administradores a finales del siglo XVI o comienzos del XVII. El análisis se efectúa a partir de los elementos de un modelo de cuidados. La reflexión final conduce a afirmar que existe una cierta inflexión en los propósitos institucionales, más vinculados ahora a la acción de la medicina, con pérdida de la representatividad del colectivo enfermero, y una cierta dispersión de sus funciones específicas entre otros diversos profesionales. |

| Summary, etc. | Continuation of the study of nursing care provided at the Hospital de la Santa Creu in Barcelona, now based on a directory written for the use of administrators at the end of the 16th or beginning of the 17th century. The analysis is carried out from the elements of a care model. The final reflection leads to affirm that there is a certain inflection in the institutional purposes, now more linked to the action of medicine, with loss of representativeness of the nursing group, and a certain dispersion of its specific functions among other various professionals. |
