| Summary, etc. | Tras la lectura de este artículo y complementada con la bibliografía que se adjunta, se pretende que el profesional enfermero pueda contribuir a mejorar el estilo de vida y a prevenir complicaciones en aquellas personas con alteraciones prostáticas.<br/>No olvidemos que los problemas prostáticos tienen una elevada incidencia entre la población masculina y que, en muchas ocasiones, los enfermos y sus familias solicitan información y recomendaciones a los profesionales de enfermería de cara a mejorar su calidad de vida.<br/>Hemos creído necesario tratar este tema de interés tanto para la enfermera que desarrolla su trabajo en el campo hospitalario como en el extrahospitalario. |
