Summary, etc. Se elaboró un protocolo de vacunación escolar con el objetivo de incrementar la tasa de cobertura vacunal con respecto al curso anterior. Haciendo hincapié en un mayor contacto del personal sanitario con profesores, padres y alumnos, y vacunando en el Centro de Salud y en el colegio de forma complementaria, los resultados del programa mejoraron de la siguiente manera: aportación de documentos con autorización para vacunar, del 53,37% en el curso 92/93 al 76,29% en el curso 93/94; alumnos vacunados en el programa según previstos, del 52,17% al 96,87%; alumnos matriculados que quedan correctamente vacunados, del 46,92% al 75,68%.<br/>Estos datos confirman que el programa de vacunación escolar es más eficaz al realizarse desde el Centro de Salud mediante el contacto directo e individual del personal sanitario con los padres y alumnos.
