| Summary, etc. | Los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica tratados con hemodiálisis, son enfermos crónicos generalmente polimedicados. Se pretende conocer el nivel de cumplimiento terapéutico, en un momento dado, de los enfermos de una unidad de hemodiálisis mediante el método del recuerdo de comprimidos y recetas prescritas.<br/>Objetivos: <br/>- Conocer el perfil de los pacientes cumplidores y no cumplidores.<br/>- Comparar en qué medida influye el control del personal sanitario en la mejora de los porcentajes de cumplimiento.<br/>- Comprobar si los test son métodos adecuados para valorar la observancia del tratamiento farmacológico, utilizando como medida real el cumplimiento mediante recuento y recetas prescritas. |

| Summary, etc. | Patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated with hemodialysis are chronically ill, generally polymedicated. The aim is to know the level of therapeutic compliance, at a given time, of patients in a hemodialysis unit through the method of remembering tablets and prescribed prescriptions.<br/>Goals:<br/>- Know the profile of compliant and non-compliant patients.<br/>- Compare to what extent the control of health personnel influences the improvement of compliance percentages.<br/>- Check whether the tests are adequate methods to assess adherence to pharmacological treatment, using compliance by counting and prescribed prescriptions as a real measure. |
