| Summary, etc. | La crisis hipertensiva es una complicación importante que puede producirse en la historia de todo hipertenso, pese a ello es un proceso poco estudiado en el ámbito de la Atención Primaria. Este estudio realizado sobre una muestra de 700 hipertensos captados durante seis años en un centro de salud, tiene como objetivo conocer la incidencia anual de crisis, así como la época de mayor frecuencia y el efecto de la consulta de enfermería sobre esos parámetros mediante la toma de medidas preventivas como, por ejemplo, disminuir el tiempo intercitas en las épocas de mayor concentración y reforzar en ellas la educación para la salud del hipertenso contribuyendo de esta forma a mantener la tendencia descendente de crisis hipertensivas. |

| Summary, etc. | Hypertensive crisis is an important complication that can occur in the history of all hypertensive patients, despite this it is a process little studied in the field of Primary Care. This study carried out on a sample of 700 hypertensive patients captured for six years in a health center, aims to know the annual incidence of crises, as well as the time of greatest frequency and the effect of the nursing consultation on these parameters by taking of preventive measures such as, for example, reducing the time you intercite in times of greater concentration and reinforcing in them the education for the health of hypertensive patients, thus contributing to maintain the downward trend of hypertensive crises. |
