| Summary, etc. | La educación diabetológica, realizada mayoritariamente por enfermería, constituye la medida terapéutica con mayor impacto en la reducción de las complicaciones agudas y crónicas del diabético.<br/>Una de las partes más importantes de las intervenciones educativas consiste en el autocontrol; para realizarlo es necesario practicar el autoanálisis; el mejor autoanálisis es el control de la glucemia capilar. En este artículo se presenta un medidor de glucemia de última generación, que aplica la técnica de biosensores y, además, amplía sus prestaciones conectado a un ordenador personal. |
