| Summary, etc. | La aplicación de un sistema de registro diseñado en el C.S. <<El Palo>> sobre la base teórica del registro de excepción ha permitido detectar problemas enfermeros en la población incapacitada de la zona básica de salud.<br/>La transcripción de estos problemas a categorías diagnósticas ha servido para estudiar su incidencia y ayuda a priorizar su abordaje en las sesiones de formación continuada.<br/>El perfil diagnóstico de los pacientes incapacitados comprende: afectación de la movilidad física; alteración en el bienestar; dolor; alteración en la eliminación vesical; alteración en la eliminación intestinal. |
