| Summary, etc. | Desde la introducción de la insulina en el tratamiento de la diabetes se ha visto reducida la morbi-mortalidad a causa de cetoacidosis diabética de un 60 a un 5%.<br/>En el siguiente artículo explicamos la fisiopatología de esta complicación de la diabetes, así como los signos y síntomas más característicos y las pautas de conducta a seguir en caso de encontrarnos con un paciente afectado por este síndrome. Para ello se ha elaborado un proceso de atención de enfermería teniendo en cuenta tanto los problemas interdependientes, que se pueden presentar como consecuencia de la patología y el tratamiento prescrito, como los diagnósticos de enfermería, identificados a partir de la taxonomía diagnóstica de la NANDA. |
