Summary, etc. | Se analiza la importancia, tanto en el ámbito individual como en el socioeconómico, de mantener la salud de nuestra columna vertebral en perfecto estado. Para ello se parte del estudio de la columna y se analizan los principios básicos de mecánica corporal. A continuación se señala el ejercicio como aspecto fundamental en la terapia del dolor de espalda, pasando a describir algunos de los más comunes y ofreciendo consejos prácticos para aplicar en la vida cotidiana. Todo ello de cara al conseguir una correcta higiene postural que potencie la salud de nuestra espalda. |

Summary, etc. | The importance, both individually and socioeconomicly, of maintaining the health of our spine in perfect condition is analyzed. To do this, we start from the study of the spine and analyze the basic principles of body mechanics. Exercise is then pointed out as a fundamental aspect in back pain therapy, going on to describe some of the most common and offering practical advice to apply in everyday life. All this in order to achieve a correct postural hygiene that enhances the health of our back. |
