| Summary, etc. | Presentamos este plan de cuidados tras el estudio de los factores que más inciden en la hospitalización, recuperación y cuidados encaminados al alta en recién nacidos con mielomeningocele. <br/>Se inicia con una valoración, tras la cual se detectan diversos problemas; una vez identificados, se establecen prioridades fijando objetivos (qué se pretende conseguir y cuándo) y a continuación se elabora un plan de acción (actividades que ayudan a conseguir el objetivo). Con este plan se pretende proporcionar unos cuidados de calidad individualizados y crear un ambiente relajado y de confianza donde los padres expresen sus temores y se vayan afianzando en la práctica de los cuidados que su hijo necesita en el hogar. |

This plan is intended to provide individualized quality care and create a relaxed and trusting environment where parents express their fears and become established in the practice of the care that their child needs at home. |
