| Summary, etc. | El cáncer por su complejidad física y psicosocial requiere unos cuidados cada vez más diversos y que implican a un número cada vez mayor de especialistas de distintos ámbitos.<br/>Enfermería ocupa un lugar muy importante en la atención a estos enfermos, y dentro de la atención ambulatoria que nos ocupa, es la encargada de la información y atención del paciente tratado con quimioterápicos.<br/>Se desarrolla un plan de cuidados de enfermería basados en los problemas o complicaciones más frecuentes como efectos secundarios de fármacos citostáticos de nueva aparición pero que se pueden extrapolar a los ya conocidos. Se utilizan los diagnósticos de la NANDA, siempre teniendo en cuenta que casi todos los problemas planteados son interdependientes. |
