| Summary, etc. | El uso frecuente de parches de nitroglicerina en pacientes que precisan profilaxis de angina de pecho, requiere por parte de enfermería un conocimiento de su correcta utilización, así como de sus propiedades farmacológicas. Estos conocimientos deben ser explicados de forma clara y concisa a los pacientes y a sus familiares, para alcanzar el objetivo de una correcta utilización de los sistemas transdérmicos de nitroglicerina. Tras una revisión bibliográfica del tema se muestran las características del preparado farmacológico, y las cuestiones a enfatizar durante la educación del paciente y familiares, estableciendo una comunicación que permita responder todas las dudas planteadas. |

After a bibliographic review of the subject, the characteristics of the pharmacological preparation are shown, and the issues to emphasize during the education of the patient and family, establishing a communication that allows answering all the doubts raised. |
