| Summary, etc. | En el marco delimitado por la relación terapéutica, se incide sobre la importancia de la actitud hacia los pacientes como uno de los elementos que influyen en los objetivos planteados en la disciplina de enfermería.<br/>En el presente estudio se comparan las actitudes ante pacientes adictos a drogas por vía parenteral (ADVP) entre alumnos de enfermería y enfermeras generalistas. Mediante un estudio piloto, en el que se utilizó un cuestionario autoadministrado en forma de escala de Litcker confeccionado por los propios autores, se seleccionaron dos muestras: una de estudiantes (n=40) y otra de enfermeras generalistas (n=40). Se valoraron las variables edad, experiencia laboral y frecuencia en el cuidado esporádico de pacientes ADVP.<br/>Se concluye que la actitud de los alumnos ante pacientes ADVP es significativamente más positiva que la actitud de las enfermeras generalistas. La negativización de la actitud se produce al inicio de la etapa profesional. |

| Summary, etc. | Within the framework delimited by the therapeutic relationship, the importance of attitude towards patients is emphasized as one of the elements that influence the objectives set in the nursing discipline.<br/>In the present study, the attitudes towards patients addicted to injecting drugs (ADVP) are compared between nursing students and generalist nurses. By means of a pilot study, in which a self-administered questionnaire in the form of the Litcker scale made by the authors was used, two samples were selected: one of students (n = 40) and the other of generalist nurses (n = 40). The variables age, work experience and frequency in the sporadic care of ADVP patients were evaluated.<br/>It is concluded that the attitude of the students towards ADVP patients is significantly more positive than the attitude of the generalist nurses. The negativization of the attitude occurs at the beginning of the professional stage. |
