En nuestro país no existe una regulación específica de la responsabilidad médico-sanitaria con respecto a las úlceras por presión y otras heridas, sino que se encuadra dentro de conceptos legales más generales como la responsabilidad civil de los artículos 1902 y 1903.4 del CC, la responsabilidad patrimonial del Estado por el normal o anormal funcionamiento de la Administración Sanitaria, y la responsabilidad penal. |
