| Summary, etc. | Objetivo: identificar el grado de información y uso del Documento de Voluntades Anticipadas que tienen los profesionales de Atención Primaria y qué profesionales consideran estos más apropiados para guiar al paciente en la planificación de sus últimas voluntades.<br/>Método: estudio descriptivo transversal cuya población diana está constituida por enfermeros y médicos de Atención Primaria. Recogida de datos mediante una encuesta de elaboración propia, anónima y voluntaria.<br/>Resultados: se cumplimentaron 69 cuestionarios. Se observa un bajo uso del documento. Solamente un 5,78% ha accedido a él. Percepción de que es una herramienta útil y se consideran los más adecuados para asesorar al paciente en la planificación de últimas voluntades.<br/>Conclusiones: existe un bajo uso del Documento de Voluntades Anticipadas que contradice la percepción que tienen los profesionales de que es una herramienta útil en la planificación de cuidados al final de la vida. Los profesionales de Atención Primaria consideran ser los más adecuados para informar sobre el mismo dentro de un amplio elenco de profesionales. |

| Summary, etc. | Objective: to identify the level of information and use of Advanced Directive Documents by Primary Care Professionals, and which professionals are considered more adequate in order to guide the patient in planning their last will.<br/>Method: a transversal descriptive study with a target population formed by Primary Care nurses and physicians. Data collection through self-prepared survey, which is anonymous and voluntary.<br/>Results: sixty-nine questionnaires were completed. A low use of the document is observed. Only 5.78% have accessed it. Perceived as a useful tool by respondents, who consider they are the most adequate professionals to assess patients about planning their last wills.<br/>Conclusions: there is a low use of the Advanced Directive Document, which does not agree with the perception by professionals that it is a useful tool for planning end-of-life care. Primary Care professionals consider they are the most adequate to inform about it, within a wide range of professionals. |
