La fístula ganglionar cervical primaria de etiología tuberculosa sin otra patología asociada, es una patología infrecuente; sin embargo, debido al aumento en nuestro país, de la incidencia de la enfermedad tuberculosa, puede verse incrementada su frecuencia. Se presenta un caso de linfadenitis cervical aislada de origen tuberculoso en un paciente de 26 años de edad, que debutó como una tumoración fistulizada sin otra alteración asociada. La prueba de tuberculina y el cultivo del esputo resultaron positivos. Tras seis meses de tratamiento antituberculoso el paciente se encuentra libre de enfermedad local y sistémica. |

Primary cervical lymphadenitis of tubercular aetiology, without another associate pathology, is a very rare entity; although due to the progressive increase of the tubercular disease, in our country its frequency could be increased.<br/>We present a case of isolated cervical lymphadenitis, in a 26-year-old male, diagnosed as a fistulized tumour without any associate disease. The test of tuberculin and sputum cultive were positives. After six months of anti-tuberculosis treatment the patient is free local and systemic disease. |
