Se ha valorado la eficacia del tratamiento subconjuntival y tópico de concentrados plaquetarios plasmáticos tras la realización de un transplante autólogo y otro heterólogo histocompatible de limbo en un ojo con insuficiencia limbar total tras quemadura por ácido, en que había sido insuficiente un injerto previo.<br/>Resultado: Se observó un acortamiento en el tiempo de adaptación de los injertos, estabilización corneal y mejora de la agudeza visual en el ojo transplantado. Así mismo, una aceleración de la curación en el ojo donante tras aplicación tópica de concentrados plaquetarios. |

It was evaluated the efficiency of the subconjunctival and topic application of autologous platelet concentrate in one ocular burn after autologous and heterologous limbal transplant. The eye had a deficit limbal by acid burn and a previous autotransplant was insuficience.<br/>Result: were found a shorter period of time in limbal allographt adaptation; corneal stabilization and better visual acuity in the limbal trasnplants with subconjuctival and topic plasma platelet concentrates treatment. And aceleration in donnor eye of the healing process with topic platelet concetrate. |
