Las lesiones diafragmáticas ocurren en un 7% de pacientes que sufren traumatismo toracoabdominal cerrado.Las complicaciones que provocan la herniacion de órganos abdominales hacia el tórax, pueden manifestarse inmediatamente o años después.<br/>Las técnicas endoscopicas nos están permitiendo no solo diagnosticarlas con más frecuencia si no también repararlas.<br/>Presentamos un caso de colelitiasis en el que durante la cirugía endoscopica se diagnostica una gran hernia diafragmática derecha postraumática. Se realizo reparación de la misma por vía endoscópica en el mismo acto quirúrgico.<br/>La reparación laparoscópica de las hernias diafragmáticas traumáticas es una técnica que conserva los principios usados en la cirugía abierta pero ofrece las ventajas de una recuperación mas rápida. |

Diaphragmatical injuries happen in 7% of patients suffering closed toracoabdominal traumatism. Problems caused by herniation of abdominal organs to the thorax, could show immediately or years later.<br/>Endoscopical techniques allow us not only to make a diagnosis much more frequently but also to make a reparation.<br/>We present a case of colelitiasis in which during endoscopical surgery a big right postraumatical diaphragmatical hernia was diagnosed. An endoscopical reparation of this hernia was made in the same surgical operation.<br/>Laparoscopical reparation of diphragmatical traumatical hernias is a technique which conserves principles used in open surgery but offers the advantages of an earlier recovery. |
