Caso clínico que describe la aplicación del proceso enfermero en una mujer con cardiopatía isquémica. El modelo conceptual utilizado fue el de Virginia Henderson con la taxonomía NANDA NIC-NOC. Se pretende mostrar el beneficio que supone la utilización de este sistema para poder proporcionar una mayor calidad de cuidados, aunque, esta situación, también nos permite poner de manifiesto la problemática con la que se encuentran las mujeres ante esta patología. |

This case study aimed at describing the implementation of the Nursing Process to a woman with ischemic cardiopathy. The conceptual model of Virginia Henderson was used; NANDA-Nursing Diagnosis, Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) and Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC) were also applied in care composition. <br/>It is tried show the Benefit that supposes the use of this system to be able to provide a greater quality of cares. <br/>This situation allows us to know the problematic of the women with this pathology. |
