En este artículo se presenta un caso clínico de un paciente de 70 años que ingresa en nuestro servicio tras realizarse un cateterismo cardiaco con carácter de urgencias tras sufrir un infarto agudo de miocardio. Como antecedentes de interés mencionaremos que padeció dos años antes un accidente vascular que lo mantiene, desde entonces, encamado. Hipertenso y diabético desde hace más de cinco años. Padece apnea obstructiva durante el sueño. No refiere alergias alimentarías ni medicamentosas. La cuidadora principal es su mujer, ayudada por sus hijos varones, que suplen su ausencia en determinadas ocasiones. La figura de la enfermera referente, responsable o primaria fue la que posibilitó abordar los cuidados del paciente de forma personalizada e integral en su estancia hospitalaria, de tal forma que se consiguió un servicio enfermero basado en la personalización. Para ello, y con carácter eminentemente práctico, fue de gran valor la utilización en nuestra unidad de un módulo de cuidados llamado Azahar, una herramienta metodológica/ tecnológica para la función asistencial de enfermería; facilitando la labor enfermera. |

This article presents a case of a patient of 70 years who was admitted in our hospital after a cardiac catheterization on an emergency basis after suffering an acute myocardial infarction. As a history of interest to mention that two years before had suffered a stroke that stays since lodging. Hypertension and diabetes for more than five years. He suffers from obstructive apnea during sleep. No food or drug allergy concerns. The primary caregiver is his wife, assisted by his sons, to fill his absence on occasion. The figure of the nurse related, or primary responsibility was to address possible patient care in a personalized and comprehensive in their hospital stay, so that there was a nurse-based service customization. For this reason and practical nature, was of great use in our unit called a module of care Azahar, a methodological tool / technology for the role of nursing care, and facilitate nursing. |
