Objetivo: Diseño de un protocolo con pruebas objetivas para la valoración del daño corporal por Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático (TEPT).<br/>Materiales y métodos: Seguimos cuatro pasos: fase preliminar; primer nivel (pruebas analíticas); segundo nivel (neuroimágenes cerebrales); y fase de valoración (cinco grados de secuelas, de 0 a 4) que fueron aplicados en 13 peritajes (5 accidentes de circulación, 1atraco, 3 estrés laboral, 4 mobbing).<br/>Resultados: En los casos con pruebas normales no se apreciaron secuelas; con analíticas alteradas se valoró un alta indebida o secuelas no incapacitantes y con neuroimágenes patológicas sí se valoraron secuelas con invalidez.<br/>Conclusiones: El método ha mostrado buena correlación entre daño y secuelas. Cuando el paciente no aceptó pruebas analíticas o neuroimágenes, el protocolo fue muy útil para la convicción jurídica y la estimación de jueces y magistrados. |

Objetives: The target is design a protocol document with objectives test for value the corporal damage by posttraumatic stress disorders (PTSD).<br/>Material and methods: We follow four paths: preliminary phase; first level (lab tests); second level (neuroimaging); and a value phase (distributed in five sequels degrees, from 0 to 4). It has been supplied in 13 expert opinions practice (5 driving accidents, 1 robe, 3 working stress, 4 mobbing).<br/>Results: In cases with normal tests, it does not appear sequels; with altered lab test it was valued an unjustified going on, or non-incapacity sequels; and with pathological neuroimaging it was possible to value incapacity sequels.<br/>Conclusions: The method has showed a good relation between damage and consequences. When the patient did not accept lab tests or neuroimaging, the protocol document was useful for the juridical convincing and it was considered for Judges and Magistrates. |
