| Summary, etc. | La aparición de varios casos de SVP como un hallazgo casual presenta unas características muy particulares, no solo por la imagen tan peculiar y distinta a la de cualquier otra patología de rodilla como podemos ver en la figura 1 y que nos recuerda a un mar de corales la figura 2, sino por los resultados postoperatorios tan espectaculares que nos motiva ara realizar este trabajo, acompañándolo de su protocolo enfermero después de un seguimiento a lo largo de tres años. |
