Desde el punto de vista sanitario, este tipo de asistencia lleva consigo un incremento de demanda por parte del paciente y de los recursos disponibles.<br/>Frecuentemente necesitamos de la ayuda del personal de seguridad para contener a estos pacientes e, incluso a sus acompañantes, debido al nerviosismo que lleva implícito esta situación. Por otro lado los pacientes y familiares que esperan para ser atendidos por otras causas, muchas veces viven esta situación con un estrés añadido a su propio problema.<br/>Económicamente existe un aumento del gasto sanitario, como es obvio, pero indirectamente tenemos otros gastos en las diferentes administraciones públicas, a saber, fuerzas de seguridad, seguridad social, justicia.<br/>Deberíamos enfocarlo desde un punto de vista antropológico para indagar sobre el fenómeno del aumento de violencia en nuestra sociedad. El aislamiento social, la agresividad audiovisual que sufrimos y la falta de motivación personal, pueden ser factores, entre otros, que desencadenan conductas agresivas.<br/>Las personas que son víctimas de una agresión sufren o pueden ser los trastornos de relación, depresión y aislamiento social.<br/>Con este estudio pretendíamos conocer, entre otras cosas, la incidencia en las poblaciones de nuestra área de influencia y, ya que no existía ningún estudio anterior a nivel estatal, ser referencia para estudios posteriores. |

From the sanitary point of view, this type of assistance entails an increase in demand from the patient and the available resources.<br/>Frequently we need the help of security personnel to contain these patients and even their companions, due to the nervousness that this situation implies. On the other hand, patients and family members who wait to be treated for other causes often experience this situation with added stress to their own problem.<br/>Economically there is an increase in health spending, as is obvious, but indirectly we have other expenses in the different public administrations, namely security forces, social security, justice.<br/>We should approach it from an anthropological point of view to inquire about the phenomenon of increasing violence in our society. Social isolation, the audiovisual aggressiveness we suffer and the lack of personal motivation, can be factors, among others, that trigger aggressive behaviors.<br/>People who are victims of aggression suffer or may be relationship disorders, depression and social isolation.<br/>With this study we wanted to know, among other things, the incidence in the populations of our area of influence and, since there was no previous study at the state level, to be a reference for later studies. |
