| Summary, etc. | El dolor postquirúrgico es una constante en los pacientes sometidos a Cirugía Mayor Ambulatoria de Traumatología. Se pretende analizar la prevalencia del dolor y el estado general de los pacientes en función del tipo de intervención y de la jornada (ordinaria o extraordinaria) en la que se realiza la operación mediante una encuesta telefónica a las 24 horas del alta.<br/>Se observa una mayor incidencia del dolor en las intervenciones de Liberación del Túnel del Carpo en jornada extraordinaria. También destacar la importancia de la educación sanitaria proporcionada por Enfermería al alta para reducir la ansiedad y mejorar su estado general. |

| Summary, etc. | Post-surgical pain is a constant in patients undergoing Major Outpatient Surgery Surgery. It is intended to analyze the prevalence of pain and the general condition of the patients according to the type of intervention and the day (ordinary or extraordinary) in which the operation is performed through a telephone survey 24 hours after discharge.<br/>A greater incidence of pain is observed in the Carpal Tunnel Liberation interventions on an extraordinary day. Also highlight the importance of health education provided by Nursing at discharge to reduce anxiety and improve their general condition. |
