| Summary, etc. | La seguridad del paciente se ha convertido en uno de los pilares fundamentales de la calidad asistencial.<br/>El objetivo de nuestro trabajo consistió en conocer la percepción de seguridad de los pacientes hospitalizados, identificar situaciones de riesgo y averiguar si los cuidados que prestamos garantizan su seguridad.<br/>Se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal utilizando una encuesta validada por el Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo y adaptada a nuestro servicio.<br/>Obtuvimos los siguientes resultados:<br/>- Aspectos mejor valorados: identificación inequívoca del paciente, ausencia de caídas/lesiones derivadas de los cuidados enfermeros, baba tasa de retrasos/anulación pruebas / intervenciones quirúrgicas, alto cumplimiento de las normas de higiene.<br/>- Aspectos bien valorados: información y trato recibido, satisfacción con la seguridad en los cuidados.<br/>- Aspectos peor valorados: accesibilidad física y utilización de medidas para prevenir lesiones.<br/>La percepción de seguridad de los pacientes encuestados ha sido alta y se han sentido seguros con las intervenciones enfermeras que han precisado. |

| Summary, etc. | Patient safety has become one of the fundamental pillars of quality of care.<br/>The objective of our work was to understand the perception of safety of hospitalized patients, identify risk situations and find out if the care we provide guarantees their safety.<br/>A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out using a survey validated by the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs and adapted to our service.<br/>We obtained the following results:<br/>- Best rated aspects: unambiguous identification of the patient, absence of falls/injuries derived from nursing care, slime rate of delays/cancellation tests / surgical interventions, high compliance with hygiene standards.<br/>- Well-rated aspects: information and treatment received, satisfaction with safety in care.<br/>- Worst rated aspects: physical accessibility and use of measures to prevent injury.<br/>The perception of safety of the patients surveyed has been high and they have felt safe with the nurse interventions they have needed. |
