Objetivo: comprobar la eficacia de la cura con vacío, versus cura convencional, durante el preoperatorio en pacientes que presenten flictenas postraumáticas a consecuencia de fracturas de tobillo. <br/>Material y método: captación de pacientes con flictenas a consecuencia de fracturas de tobillo, valorando tanto el dolor como la evolución de la misma. <br/>Cura con vacío, uso de sistema de presión negativa PICO. Cambio cada 3-4 días hasta reepitalización.<br/>Cura convencional, suero fisiológico, povidona yodada, apósito de silicona, férula posterior y vendaje comprensivo, cada 48 horas, hasta la reepitalización de la piel.<br/>En ambas curas, el miembro afectado deberá estar elevado.<br/>Resultados: los pacientes tratados con terapia de vacío, necesitaban menos curas, menos dolor, menor manipulación menor riesgo de infección.<br/>Conclusiones: el uso de terapia de vacío nos ayuda a acortar tiempos de estancia hospitalaria, tanto preoperatoria como postoperatoria, lo que nos lleva a una disminución del coste. <br/> |

Objective: to verify the efficacy of vacuum healing, versus conventional cure, during the preoperative period in patients presenting with post-traumatic flictenas as a result of ankle fractures.<br/>Material and method: uptake of patients with flictenas as a result of ankle fractures, assessing both the pain and its evolution.<br/>Cure with vacuum, use of PICO negative pressure system. Change every 3-4 days until reepitalization.<br/>Conventional cure, physiological serum, povidone iodine, silicone dressing, posterior splint and comprehensive bandage, every 48 hours, until skin re-capitalization.<br/>In both priests, the affected member should be elevated.<br/>Results: patients treated with vacuum therapy needed less cures, less pain, less manipulation, less risk of infection.<br/>Conclusions: the use of vacuum therapy helps us shorten hospital stay times, both preoperative and postoperative, which leads to a decrease in cost. |
