| Summary, etc. | Se aborda la atención domiciliaria desde un punto de vista antropológico, insistiendo en que se trata de un ámbito de crecimiento importante, en la actualidad y en el futuro, y que engloba servicios sanitarios, pero también culturales y sociales.<br/>Desde ese punto de vista que consiste en aproximarse a la persona o colectivo tratando de aprender lo que nos puede enseñar, encaje o no con nuestros propios conceptos, se analizan las múltiples situaciones que puede deparar la atención domiciliaria, se insiste en la necesidad de comprender que el ser humano es un universo cultural, si queremos acercarnos a él con garantías de éxito. Se concluye que los tres pilares sobre los que se construirá la AD en un futuro son: la función de soporte emocional; la teleasistencia como complemento; y el apoyo mutuo entre colectivos. |

| Summary, etc. | Home care is approached from an anthropological point of view, insisting that it is an important growth area, at present and in the future, and that it encompasses health services, but also cultural and social services.<br/>From that point of view that consists of approaching the person or group trying to learn what they can teach us, fit or not with our own concepts, we analyze the multiple situations that home care can bring, we insist on the need to understand that the human being is a cultural universe, if we want to approach him with guarantees of success. It is concluded that the three pillars on which the AD will be built in the future are: the emotional support function; telecare as a complement; and mutual support between groups. |
