Actúan por diferentes mecanismos: estimulan la secreción pancreática de insulina; retrasan la absorción intestinal de carbohidratos; sensibilizan los tejidos a la acción de la insulina. Las sulfonilureas son el grupo farmacológico más utilizado en el tratamiento de la diabetes Mellitus tipo 2. |
